Lucy Knight

Singing Teacher

Lucy began singing at the age of six with her local church choir.  She went on to study under Caroline Crawshaw at the Royal Northern College of Music, where she gained an honours degree from the School of Vocal and Opera Studies.

As a Mezzo Soprano she has given many recitals and performed various oratorio works.  Lucy has also appeared in a range of operatic productions both in the UK and abroad.

Lucy is based in south Manchester where she has a thriving teaching practice.  She teaches singing at Manchester High School for Girls where she is also director of the Senior Choir.  She has worked as a singing teacher with NCCGB since 2009.
