Price: Adults £10.00 Children: £ 8.00

Tickets will be available from NCCGB via the online booking form only from Monday 3rd June; all ticket orders must be received and paid for by Friday 5th July. Tickets will be posted out during the second week in July, for which there will be a £1 postage charge.

If you need to purchase tickets after 5th July, you will be able to buy them in person from the St Chad’s office, which is open 9.00 a.m. – 3.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Tickets will also be on sale at St Chad’s from 6.00 p.m. on the evening of the concert.

Uniform: The choirs will wear formal uniform. Items to be sent by parents are:

Yellow Choir:

*Smart black trousers (not jeans/leggings/jeggings/cords)  *Uniform T shirt (provided at the Easter course). If a replacement is needed please let us know as soon as possible; the cost will be £10.00  *Black socks/knee highs  *Flat black shoes with soft soles

Blue Choir :

Girls: *Long black skirt, full and to the ankle bone. An example can be seen here… *White cami top  *Black socks/knee highs  *Flat black shoes with soft soles  *NCC will provide a blouse

Boys: * Smart black trousers (not jeans/cords)  *White long sleeved school shirt *Black socks  *Smart black shoes

Green Choir:

Girls: *White cami top  *Black socks/knee highs  *Flat black shoes with soft soles *NCC will provide a skirt and blouse

Boys:  *Smart black trousers (not jeans/cords)  *White long sleeved school shirt *Black socks  *Smart black shoes

Please make sure that all clothing and shoes are clearly labelled, clean and ironed.

General appearance:

Girls: *Earrings – studs only *No bracelets or other jewellery *Discreet make up *Hair tied back from face

Boys: *No jewellery *Hair must not be excessively gelled/styled

Luggage: Suitcases, medication and mobile phones will be available for collection from the Ashton Theatre at Shrewsbury School 4.00 – 6.00 p.m. on 3rd August. Please note that choir members will not be able to see their parents at this time.

The theatre will be locked at 6.00 p.m. and anything left behind may either be collected on Sunday 4th August or posted with the usual p&p charges.

Facilities: For refreshments before the concert, there are a number of hotels, cafes and pubs within walking distance of St Chad’s. There are limited toilet facilities in St Chad’s; the audience will be asked to use those available in the Church Hall.

Following the concert: Yellow Choir members will be able to collect their remaining personal possessions from the Church Hall and leave straight away. Following their departure, Blue and Green Choir members will then change out of their uniforms in the Church Hall and collect their remaining possessions.

Registration form and course deposit (£100) must reach us by Friday 3rd May.  If a choir member did not attend the Easter course, the Medical Questionnaire and Personal Information for must also reach us by this date.

Balance payment and Contact form (if the details are different from those supplied for the Easter 2013 course)  must reach us by Friday 14th June.

The documents should be returned to the PO Box address.
