Singing Teacher

Music has been Chrissie’s joy and her work for 35 years.  In schools she has formed choirs and orchestras, writing and arranging all the Christmas and summer concerts. She ran an adult community choir for eight years performing all over the North East of England, including concerts in the Sage building in Newcastle. She formed the Berwick Children’s Choir which has since developed into three choirs. 

She has performed with a band her own compositions in various festivals. She was also pleased to work as musical director of the Alnwick Musical Society putting on ‘Anything Goes’ .  She has taught singing privately throughout this time and has had great pleasure in working for the National Children’s Choir since its inception.  She is in the process of moving to France and is looking forward to teaching singing there and forming another children’s choir.
