Pastoral Carer
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated people to join our 2025 Pastoral Care Team. The job involves caring for and supervising children and young people aged 9—19 on our residential courses; these take place at Easter (13th -19th April) and in the summer (3rd-9th August).
The ideal candidates will have some experience of working with children and/or young people in a caring role. They will be good communicators and have the ability to work well in a team. Patience, stamina and a sense of humour are essential! Successful candidates will be asked to give details of two referees and undergo an Enhanced DBS and Barred List check (funded by NCCGB).
