Bursary Scheme Application
Application to be received by 5pm on Friday 3rd January 2025
Applications received after this time will not be accepted.
The bursary scheme is open to those with a total household income of £40,000 or under.
Please take your time to complete this application. Incomplete applications cannot be considered. Please provide all evidence required. Further evidence may be requested to clarify income or expenses where these are unclear – the more evidence that can be provided in an initial application is appreciated.
Applicants are strongly advised to seek support ahead of submission via info@nccgb.com if they are unsure of how to complete the application.
For the purposes of this application, applicants should be the parent / carer of the choir member. Household refers to the place of residence that the choir member resides for the majority of their time.
We have very limited funds. The amount we can award will be dependent on the applications that we receive within each cycle. We recommend also approaching other funders and are aware of the following organisations.
The Potential Trust https://www.thepotentialtrust.org.uk/
Dewar Awards (Scotland only) https://www.dewarawards.org/
The Wrightson Trust https://www.wrightsontrust.co.uk/
In the past our choir members have also fundraised for their course fees, by doing sponsored activities, or approaching charities local to them.
Applications for awards for our 2025 courses must be submitted by 5pm on Friday 3rd January 2025. Applications received after this deadline will not be considered.
