The closing date for registration for BOTH COURSES is Friday 14th November 2025; please ensure that this form, together with the registration fee of £75 per course reaches us before then. From this date, your child’s place in the choir cannot be guaranteed.

NCCGB members are expected to attend both courses in the year unless they are unable to do so due to an exceptional circumstance. We do not recommend that choir members attend only part of a course, and proposed absences of this kind must be discussed with the Chief Executive prior to registration.

During the summer course only, those in Senior Choir who have just completed year 11 and above can leave site unaccompanied during the lunch break. They may only do so if we have received parent / carer permission to do so.

CONSENT FOR USE OF IMAGES

CONSENT & INDEMNITY DECLARATION

I accept the choir’s offer to take my child on residential courses, tours and other activities to be held in the United Kingdom and abroad. In return, I indemnify any member of staff involved against:

1. 1. Any claim made against him/her by a third party directly or indirectly arising out of any default of my child;
2. 2. Any cost and expenses reasonably incurred during, or as a result of, the course/trip/concert and/or other sums disbursed by him/her on behalf of my child;
3. 3. Loss to him/her arising from damage to or loss of personal property or injury contributed to or caused by any act or default of my child.
Provided that the indemnity shall not extend to any claim, damages, costs or expenses in so far as any member of staff be entitled to be indemnified under any policy of insurance.
