Pastoral Care Team vacancies

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated people to join our 2023 Pastoral Care Team. The job involves caring for and supervising children and young people aged 9—19 on our residential courses. Pastoral staff will be required to work the following dates:

Easter Saturday 1st April – Saturday 8th April

Summer Saturday 5th August – Saturday 12th August

Both courses will take place at Bromsgrove School

The ideal candidates will have some experience of working with children and/or young people in a caring role. They will be good communicators and have the ability to work well in a team. Patience, stamina and a sense of humour are essential! Successful candidates will be asked to give details of two referees and undergo an Enhanced DBS and Barred List check (funded by NCCGB).

Applicants must be able to attend an interview via Zoom on Tuesday 14th February.
